How about vouchers for food?

THE Education Ministry seems unflagging in its plan to provide breakfast on every school day to all primary school students, beginning in January next year. The necessary funds to finance the project has been identified and a committee has been appointed to look into the nitty-gritty of implementation.

So it is no longer about providing breakfast for students in the B40 (low income) group or those who need it only. It is for all. Therefore, interested stakeholders should share their views on how best this “breakfast-for-all” project should be run. I suggest that effective and efficient implementation is the key.
