Socso portal needs to be more user-friendly

THE Employment Insurance System (EIS) was implemented at the beginning of 2018. At that time, however, the banks and Social Security Organisation (Socso) websites were not ready to accept the contributions.

So, like all responsible employers, I personally went to the Socso office in Johor Baru to submit the required documents together with a cheque. I was instructed to put the documents and cheque in a basket and was not given a receipt for this.
