Left stalled and in the dark by KTM

FIRSTLY, I would like to thank KTM for the rail service it renders without fail every year for Thaipusam. However, the service rendered this year was below par and disappointing.

On Sunday, I boarded the train after waiting in a queue for more than 50 minutes. Unfortunately, there were no announcements explaining the delay and the security staff were busy chatting away instead of dealing with tired and exhausted devotees/tourists returning from early Thaipusam events.
