THERE will be campaigns by the police and Road Transport Department to ensure that the motorists will respect traffic regulations to reduce accidents in the coming Chinese New Year holidays.
The police should have large visible sign boards or banners at regular intervals along the highways about 300m from the speed trap sites to warn motorists of the traps.
