IT is historically evident that the constitutional monarch system is vital to maintain a harmonious socio-political situation in Malaysia. Having said that, the sanctity and dignity of the monarchs must be sustained in order for a fair governance to take place. With my utmost respect for the monarchs and abidance to the law of Malaysia, I am addressing an obscurity which is clearly evident among most of the netizens.

I bring to attention two lines related to the monarchs from the Sedition Act 1948, Section 3.1 which states “seditious tendency” is a tendency:
