I TRULY condemn the recent merciless killing of dogs. The issue of stray dogs has been haunting us for years. Strays are not immune to the cruelty inflicted by us humans. In fact, this cruel “beast” inside us should be behind bars or in a cage.
Every now and then, animal cruelty rears its ugly head. Sadly, there is no clear solution to eradicate this problem as different local authorities follow a different set of rules and guidelines in capturing strays.
