Efforts to control rabies lauded

WE in PETPOSITIVE are shocked and deeply saddened by the death of more than 12 people in Sarawak from rabies since the outbreak began in the state in June last year.

At the same time, we applaud the efforts of the authorities, namely the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) and local councils, in bringing the dreaded epidemic to an end as soon as possible.
