Slowing exports and tepid inflation have raised expectations that policy makers will need to consider adding to May

REFERENCE is made to the letter titled “Shocked by unauthorised debit in account” by Another Bank Victim that was published on Nov 8.

The Association of Banks in Malaysia would like to clarify, and remind cardholders, that a pre-authorisation amount is charged (capped at RM200) to cardholders when fuelling up at self-service petrol pumps. This is applicable to debit, credit and charge cards.
