Running out of patience at the bus stop

AS a regular user of public transport (MRT feeder buses and buses in Shah Alam), I have lost count of the many times I waited for a bus, hoping for it to come as soon as possible because I am waiting under the sun. But it only comes an hour later, and I am usually drenched in sweat and late for my appointment.

I once called the call centre to ask for the current location of the bus and the time it would arrive at my stop. I was informed that it was only two stops away. But I still had to wait for another 30 minutes before it arrived even though my stop is only five minutes away.
