Inconsiderate drivers take up OKU parking space

I FEEL sad when I see parking bays for disabled people, or OKU (orang kurang upaya) in Malaysian terminology, being taken up by non-disabled drivers whose vehicles do not have the OKU stickers issued by the local municipal council.

My understanding is that OKU stickers issued by any municipal council, in Selangor for example, allow the OKU driver to park his/her vehicle in the OKU parking bays free of charge if the bays are drawn by any local municipal council in the state.
