Time to use AES on motorcyclists

I REFER to the letter “Forced into using the car lanes” (The Star, Feb 8). The problem of motorcyclists not using the dedicated motorbike lanes has been going on for ages with no real solution coming from any authority be it the traffic police, local council or even the highway concessionaires.

Furthermore, it is not confined to the Federal Highway only. Motorists using the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas Highway), which has motorcycle lanes, also put up with it daily.
