Let down by snail pace of postal delivery


I WOULD like to express my disappointment with Pos Malaysia’s handling of the delivery of my late mother’s memorial service cards. I personally went to the post office branches in Rahang and Seremban Utara to drop the cards (more than 120 pieces) to relatives and friends over three days from Jan 10 to Jan 12.

My mother’s memorial service was held on Jan 20.
