I WISH to express my frustration with Poslaju’s services.
Astro gave me the tracking number of the letter it sent me but I haven’t received it. I called up the Bandar Puteri Poslaju number several times but no one picked up my calls. I even rang its Call Centre but no one there picked up my calls either. What sort of service is Poslaju providing to the public? This has happened several times before and until today I have not seen any improvement in its services. Poslaju probably thinks that it does not have to attend to phonecalls because it had a big number of clients.
