THE appalling attitude of many schoolchildren and adults who continue to ride motorcycles without wearing crash helmets is a matter of serious concern because, besides not complying with road safety regulations, their unacceptable behaviour could lead to injuries or deaths when accidents occur.
Parents who care for their children should consistently educate them about road safety and remind them to always wear certified safety helmets for their own protection.
