Improve conditions for nurses at health clinic

BEING pregnant for the first time, my husband and I are keen to attend the routine check-up sessions provided by government facilities. The Klinik Kesihatan Ibu & Anak-Anak (KKIA) we visit is KKIA Seri Kembangan since it is nearest to our home.

We have heard comments that the KKIA should be avoided if one can afford to go elsewhere because the long queue may drive you crazy or the not-so-friendly staff may not be too welcoming.
