I REFER to the letter, “Small steps to bigger dreams in hosting sports events” (The Star, April 14), where the writer touched on the coming World Rugby Sevens series organised by Singapore.
I must say that Malaysia has the capability to organise such a sport on an international scale, in terms of infrastructure and expertise.
