THE tabling of Hadi’s Private Member’s Bill to amend the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act or RUU355 on April 6 has left the general public in a state of confusion with regards to the Government’s true intention on the Bill and also second-guessing its endgame.
