End taxi monopoly at Penang International Airport

PENANGITES are thankful to the Tourism Ministry, Tourism Malaysia, the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council and Penang State Tourism Council for spending millions of ringgit to promote this state as a destination of choice for holidays and medical health tourism.

However, when tourists or foreign patients arrive at Penang International Airport, they may be disappointed by the taxi service available. There is no choice but to take the taxi service which is based on a coupon system.
