Pos Laju service needs to be more customer friendly


I REFER to Dr Pang Hoong Chee’s letter, “Bravo, Mr Postman, well done” (The Star, Aug 12). It is indeed heartening to note that we do have conscientious postal staff who were prepared to push the envelope. I take my hat off to them.

What happened to my wife and me on Aug 8 was quite a different experience, however. We received a notification from Pos Laju saying that they were unable to deliver a credit card to my wife. The time of such attempted delivery wasn’t mentioned therein.
