Querying the addition of GST on electricity bill

THE electricity bill for my house for June was only RM40 but I was charged GST (6%). For July, my bill was RM43 and I was again charged GST.

After several calls and enquiries to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), I got the same answer: If the meter reader comes early, that is before 30 days from the previous reading, GST would be imposed.
