Yong, a great teacher and humanist

BEFORE 10am yesterday, the Trinity Methodist Church, Petaling Jaya was overflowing with Yong Chee Seng’s relatives, friends, church parishioners and many old boys and girls of the Methodist Boys School (MBS) of different faiths.

Tears were noticeable on many faces. This is a testimony to the legacy of this great teacher who not only devoted his entire life to teaching, educating and disciplining but, most important of all, showing compassion and love to all students and his colleagues too.
