Move by TNB to take IRB to court over a tax bill lauded

I REFER to the report “See you in court” (The Star, Dec 15) on Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) taking the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) to court over additional assessment issues which TNB believes are not justified.

As a taxpayer who has been served additional assessments personally and on behalf of the company I work for, I wholeheartedly welcome this move.
