Parents endangering lives of children

MY stomach churns whenever I watch careless drivers endangering the lives of their young children. This picture tells a thousand words.

The driver seems oblivious to the fact that his child was looking out the window of the vehicle. In the first instance, he should not have lowered the side window to allow the child to pop his head out of the car.
