Stand up at work to be healthier

I REFER to the article “Stand up more at work to stay healthier, says study” (The Star, Aug 1) where it was reported that “Being healthier may be found in something as simple as standing more and sitting less at work, said a study.”

In view of the report, may I suggest that companies invest in office tables with hydraulically adjustable heights, just like most office chairs today? This will allow their office workers to alternate between sitting and standing while at work.
