I REFER to the column by Wong Chun Wai, “Cool heads should prevail” (Sunday Star, July 12), on why our heads of missions overseas must stand up and defend the country when we are unfairly criticised.
He lamented that our ambassadors and high commissioners give the impression that they are not confident and articulate enough to make their point.
