Make it easier to reload cards

IN my experience, it is NOT always easy to reload Touch ‘n Go cards, as opposed to “It’s easy to reload Touch ‘n Go cards” (The Star, July 2).

I have lost count of the number of times that I have waited in line at convenience stores only to be told on finally reaching the counter that the system is down.
