IT is interesting to note the National Visual Arts Development Board chairman Datuk Mahadzir Lokman’s caution on the outflow of Malaysian arts overseas, attributing it to local collectors selling them to foreign buyers.
Mahadzir said this could adversely affect the country’s artistic heritage.
