Recruitment practices are not professional

AFTER living in the US for 10 years, I have come back to Malaysia due to several personal and family reasons. One of the many things to start from scratch as a young working professional is to apply for a job.

The whole journey has been a cultural shock and uncomfortable situation for me after the treatment I received from different HR personnel from local companies here in the Klang valley. The process is somewhat similar regardless of whether the company is medium sized or an international representative in Malaysia.
