Kudos DBKL for promoting utility cycling

I REFER to the report “New laws soon to protect city cyclists” and am impressed with the way City Hall (DBKL) is promoting cycling in the city and its suburbs.

DBKL is now on the right track to making cycling an alternative mode of transportation. Apart from introducing new cycling tracks, the mayor and staff of DBKL have led the way in cycling in everyday work or casual wear.
