IT is indeed heart-wrenching to see the devastation and loss of property and livelihood of so many people in the recent floods all around the country.
It is heart warming to see that Malaysians, irrespective of race and religion, are spontaneously donating basic necessities and manpower to help clear and clean and repair flood damage. The next phase of recovery is the rebuilding of infrastructure and homes.
