AT a road show held in KLCC on Oct 1, the Royal Malaysian Customs informed us, speech and language therapy providers, that our clients would not be exempted from the 6% standard rate GST despite the fact that Speech & Language Therapy has been included in the Allied Health Act which will be tabled in Parliament soon.
As a consultant speech and language pathologist, I work exclusively with a paediatric client group.
