MY daughter recently graduated from a private university (Malaysian campus) with a first class Bachelor of Arts honours degree.
According to Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) policy, a recipient of a PTPTN loan is eligible to apply for a waiver of repayment (pengecualian bayaran balik) if he/she completes his/her course with a first class honours or its equivalent.
