One-way loop overloaded Excessive traffic is not dispersed efficiently

I NOTE the new one-way loop system introduced on Sunday for Petaling Jaya has created a gigantic roundabout. (Huge roundabouts such as the Arc de Triomphe in Paris are not fun to drive around, reminding me of a Chevy Chase movie where he could only get out after midnight).

I drove in this new system on two occasions, the second being on Wednesday evening following the downpour.
