I HAD the opportunity to pass through KLIA2 recently. This was my second time. The first was when it was newly opened and I gave it the benefit of doubt that things will take time to settle down.
I do travel a lot but I don’t use KLIA2 most of the time. This time I had a bit of time and took the trouble to look around and see the layout of the airport and its functionality, the passenger flow and where the various facilities were located.
