Let’s have a book on Penang’s unsung heroes

I WAS given a book to read written by Star Publications (M) Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai. about the history of Penang woven around road names on the island.

As one who grew up in Penang but knowing little of its history, it was an informative read and fascinating as well. Towards the end of the book, the author expressed his intention to follow up with a book on the history behind landmark buildings on the island.
