I REFER to the letter “Ways owners can deal with rogue tenants” (The Star Aug 14) and the statement that “TNB issues disconnection notices to all outstanding accounts once the payment becomes due one month after issuance of the bills”.
I am a victim saddled with unpaid utility bills left by a tenant.
