People all over the world were moved by the dignified, solemn ceremony given to the first 40 victims of the downed plane MH17, as they arrived in wooden caskets at the Eindhoven air base in the Netherlands at 4pm on Wednesday, witnessed by the King and Queen of the Netherlands, Prime Minister Mark Rutte, alongside dignitaries representing the countries of the victims.
