RESTAURANTS and kopitiam (traditional coffeeshops) in Kuala Lumpur are graded by City Hall (DBKL) based on the cleanliness of the place such as “A” for very clean and so on.
This is good but is DBKL doing anything to encourage all of them to achieve grade “A”?
