THE current bus transportation industry in Malaysia is in a sorry state. There is no foresight planning or solutions by the Government to solve problems faced by bus operators.
A few years back during the early formation of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), there were some dialogue sessions held with various bus associations and one of the problems highlighted was a shortage of bus drivers.
