Heavy vehicle bullies roam highways recklessly

I READ with a heavy heart of yet another senseless tragedy on our roads, at the mercy of a heavy vehicle driven recklessly.

As a frequent user of our interstate highways, I daily come face to face with lorries, trailers and buses travelling at high speed – tailgating, swerving between lanes and generally terrorising other motorists, who must get out of the way or risk serious injury and death.
