IN view of the shortage of our most important natural resource, water, I would like to suggest that property developers play a proactive role in resolving the water shortage problem in the country.
Developers must take the lead as they contribute to water shortage indirectly by constructing far too many homes and commercial buildings, especially in the urban areas.
