WE refer to “Education denied” (The Star, April 8), highlighting a mother’s unsuccessful attempts to get her son enrolled in a secondary school since the school term started in January.
It is now April. The mother is reported to be at her wits end and angry that no school is willing to accept her son because he has dyslexia. Imagine what this rejection means to the child’s himself, his self-esteem and confidence.
