I REFER to the letter “Taxi service must be up to mark” (The Star, Jan 1) by C.K. Khoo. I cannot concur more.
A lot of effort that went into the planning and execution of VMY 2014 would be nullified if the service that our foreign guests get from our taxi service is subpar.
