I REFER to the report “Domestic violence on the rise” (The Star, Aug 15). Watching the two video clips of women being beaten and assaulted by their male partners did not shock me as domestic violence has been a part and parcel of our lifestyle in this fast paced world.
Domestic violence has always been there and the victims vary.
