Wildlife Act is just fine, no need to review regulations

I REFER to the letter “Perhilitan to hold talks with industry players on wildlife management regulations” (The Star, Sept 22) and urge Perhilitan to ignore calls for review to the new 2010 Wildlife Act by zoo operators and owners.

The regulations are fantastic and were surely well scrutinized to ensure animals in zoos and parks here do not suffer as they have had up until today.
