WITH regards to the letter “Doctors should be patient and approachable” (Sunday Star, June 17), I would like to thank the writer – OMG from Johor Baru – for bringing this issue to our attention.
We totally agree with the writer and we have continuously strived to achieve high standards in patient care. However, incidents do occur which create a wrong impression of our doctors’ professionalism.
