Aerobridges can help improve aircraft turn around time

I FULLY agree “KLIA2 must come with aerobridges” (The Star, Sept 12). What’s the point of spending big without first class facilities like aerobridges?

Aerobridges are not an option but a necessity in today’s travel. Imagine a lady carrying a suitcase holding her son making her way down the ladder, crossing the tarmac with ground vehicles buzzing here and there, or climbing up the ladder to board the aircraft.
