I WRITE regarding the irresponsible service provided by Pos Malaysia Bhd at my neighbourhood in Setia Indah area, Johor Baru. The postmen like to slip letters/documents under our gate and this exposes our fragile letters/documents to inclement weather.
This is not the first time I have encountered this problem, but they keep on repeating it. One day all my letters and documents were soaked in a heavy downpour.
