RECENTLY, I encountered the very painful experience of having to carry a heavy suitcase down the staircase of the only exit from Level 1 of the KL Sentral to the ground floor in order to board the AirAsia bus.
The one and only lift which connects Level 1 to the ground floor was out of order.
