WHILE I applaud the motion to improve the rail transportation system in the country, I am indeed dismayed at what the current system cannot even deliver.
A recent incident my aged mother and aunt – both 70 years – had to undergo speaks volumes of what needs to be achieved with what we have before we attempt another bar in implementation.
